Farm with 44,000 hectares, 27,000 of which are arable and 5,000 specifically for livestock. Currently there is an 8,000 hectares area with growing corn at 10 bags per hectare. Motorway BR 364 passes by in front of the farm, which is only partially paved. The contract with the group ended in 2016. The remaining 26,000, can be used for next harvesting. The farm makes front and back with approx. 19 miles, technically a square type of land. It has very good soil and has good neighbours like the Maggi.
