Valley of Quiriri is a sacred place on Earth that is proven to have a vortex and it's atmospherically positively charged. It is known that 3 to 5 days on site would help you heal. It is a place for campers, awakening people and all of those who love be be in nature. The air high up at 4,000 feet above sea level is naturally embedded with fresh water and fresh air. According to the Air Quality Index (aqi.org), this is a green area (with PM 2.5-10) in which the air quality is considered satisfactory and poses little or no health risk.

The land is available to host an off-grid community of expats, and the owners invite all interested to bid by filling up a Letter of Intent. Download it, fill it up and attached it to your email addressed to us at Elm Springs at enquiries@elmsprings.org. This is not just about the right to live on the land, it is also about ownership. You will get 4,5 acres to live on, all officially documented. Enough space to bring not only your closest family but your relatives as well. This is much to think about.
